Organised by: Phoenix Beverages Ltd & Dodoor Entertainment Ltd Event: Wello Game 2026 Last updated: March 2026
1. Overview
Wello Game is a free, GPS-based treasure hunt event sponsored by Eski (a brand of Phoenix Beverages Ltd) and produced by Dodoor Entertainment Ltd. The event takes place over three weekends in April 2026 across three regions of Mauritius. By registering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Eligibility
Who can participate Wello Game is designed for young people aged 13 to 17. Adults participate as full team members alongside them. Participants under 13 are not permitted to take part in the game.
Supervision of minors Participants under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult (parent or legal guardian) at all times during the game. All team members — both minors and adults — are considered active participants.
Team size Each team must have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 participants. Each participant may only be a member of one team.
3. Registration
How to register Registration opens on March 26, 2026 and remains open until the final weekend of the event (April 25–26, 2026). Registration is completed online by one adult team member, who must provide the full names and ages of all team members. Registration is free of charge. https://forms.gle/AxVNNbYcviquFpyt6.
Consent and acceptance The person completing the registration form confirms that they have the authority to register all listed team members and that all team members have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. For teams that include minors (under 18), the registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering, the parent or guardian provides consent on behalf of all minors in the team, including consent to these Terms & Conditions, the image rights clause (Section 7), and the data collection described in Section 8.

5. Game Rules and Conduct
Gameplay Teams use the Loquiz app to navigate to checkpoints and complete missions. The app is available on iOS and Android. The Organisers cannot guarantee full compatibility with all devices, particularly some Huawei smartphones. Teams travel between zones by car or bus and explore zones of interest on foot.
Advisory nature of missions All game checkpoints and missions are advisory and exploratory in nature. They are suggestions — not obligations. No mission requires participants to perform any dangerous, illegal, or physically risky action. If a participant feels that reaching a checkpoint or completing a task would put them in an unsafe situation, they should skip it. Participation in each individual mission is entirely voluntary.
Safety and personal responsibility Participants are solely responsible for their own safety and conduct throughout the event. The Organisers accept no liability for any injury, accident, loss, or damage suffered by participants during the game. Participants must comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and parking rules at all times. Any fines, penalties, or consequences resulting from traffic or parking violations are the sole responsibility of the participant. The Organisers do not provide or guarantee parking spaces at or near checkpoints. Participants are responsible for finding legal parking at their own expense.
Physical fitness Participants must be in adequate physical condition to take part in the game, which involves walking and outdoor activity. The Organisers are not liable for any health issues or aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions during the event. Participants with medical conditions should consult their doctor before participating.
Conduct and prohibited behaviour Participants must respect private property, public spaces, and the environment. Any damage caused by participants is their own responsibility. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances during the game. Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification of the team. Given that minors are involved, the Organisers treat this rule with zero tolerance.
Disqualification The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any team that engages in unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, dangerous behaviour, or any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions. Tampering with game elements — including erasing, destroying, moving, or hiding codes, signs, or any other items placed for the game — is strictly prohibited. Such actions are easily detected through the app and will result in immediate and full disqualification of the team, including forfeiture of all prizes. The Organisers' decisions regarding scoring, disqualifications, and prizes are final and binding.
6. Prizes
Weekly and Grand Prize Weekly Prize: Rs 10,000 voucher at Gravity Max awarded to the top-scoring team each weekend. Grand Prize: Rs 50,000 to be spent at any shop of Tribeca Mall, awarded to the team with the highest total score across all 3 weekends.
Tiebreaker In the event of a tie, the Organisers will award bonus points for creativity based on the quality and originality of photos and videos submitted by the tied teams during the game.
Prize conditions Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective partner retailers (Gravity Max, Tribeca Mall), including any expiry dates or usage restrictions. The Organisers are not responsible for changes to partner terms after the prizes are awarded.
Prize-giving Winners will be notified on the day of the prize-giving event (Sunday 26th of April, 2026). Winners must be present at the prize-giving ceremony to claim their prize; unclaimed prizes may be awarded to the next highest-scoring team at the Organisers' discretion.
7. Intellectual Property and Image Rights
Usage rights By registering for Wello Game, all participants grant the Organisers an unrestricted, royalty-free right to use any photos, videos, and other content featuring the participants — whether captured by the Organisers or submitted by the participants through the app — for promotional, marketing, editorial, and social media purposes, without limitation of time or territory. The Organisers may use participants' names, likenesses, team names, and submitted content in connection with Wello Game and related Eski or Dodo Quest promotional activities.
Waiver and consent Participants waive any right to review or approve the final use of such content. For participants under 18, consent for image and content usage is given by the parent or legal guardian who completed the team registration (see Section 3). Registration constitutes full acceptance of this image and content usage clause.
8. Data and Privacy
Data controller The data controllers for personal information collected during Wello Game are Phoenix Beverages Ltd and Dodoor Entertainment Ltd.
Use of personal data Personal information collected during registration (names, email addresses, phone numbers) is used solely for the purpose of organising and running Wello Game. The Organisers will not share personal data with third parties except where necessary for event operations (including the Loquiz app platform) or as required by law. GPS location data is collected through the app during game hours only and is used solely for gameplay purposes.
Retention and rights Personal data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months after the conclusion of the event, after which it will be deleted. Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting team@dodoquest.com. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017.
9. Liability
Participation at own risk Participation in Wello Game is entirely at the participant's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Mauritius, the Organisers, their employees, partners, and agents shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation in the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the Organisers. The Organisers are not responsible for any technical failures, app malfunctions, network issues, or device incompatibilities that may affect gameplay.
Force majeure The Organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event (or any part of it) at any time due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to adverse weather, security concerns, or public health restrictions. In the event of cancellation of one or more weekends, the Organisers may, at their sole discretion, reschedule the affected weekend(s) or adjust the prize allocation accordingly. No financial compensation will be provided for cancelled or rescheduled weekends.
Responsibility for minors The accompanying adult(s) in each team bear full and sole responsibility for the safety, well-being, and conduct of all minors in their team for the entire duration of the event. By completing the registration form, the adult confirms that they accept this responsibility and acknowledge these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all minors in the team.
10. General
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. The Organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time; updated versions will be published on the event website. In case of any dispute, the Organisers' decision shall be final. For any questions or concerns, contact us at team@dodoquest.com.
